These terms (the “Terms of Use” / EULA) govern your use of BodzMe. By using the app, you accept them.
Not medical advice
BodzMe provides general fitness and nutrition guidance generated by AI. It is not a substitute for professional medical, physiotherapy, or qualified personal-training advice. Consult a doctor before starting any new exercise or nutrition programme, especially if you have an injury or health condition. You train at your own risk.
Subscriptions & billing
- Plans: Free, plus paid tiers Basic, Pro and Elite, each available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription. Current prices are shown on the paywall in the app and at purchase.
- Paid plans are auto-renewable subscriptions billed through your App Store (Apple) or Google Play account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store / Google Play account settings. You can cancel any time; there are no lock-in contracts.
- AI usage and plan rebuilds are subject to the monthly quotas described for your tier.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to break it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
